Modular Interline Systems

PLASTIKOIL® Concept QS Single Interline
Plastic spiral binding is formed in the diameter and length needed then immediately conveyed into position on the 3000 QS Auto Inserter. The operator no longer needs to handle the pre-cut lengths of coil, as the interline system delivers it—on demand—with the operator simply activating the foot pedal to complete the insertion process. The ‘Hot Start’ feature enables the Former to stop and restart without any coil distortion. Productivity up to 800 books per hour.

PLASTIKOIL® Concept QS2 Dual Interline
One Concept Former feeding two interlined PBS 3000 QS Quick Setup Automatic Coil Inserters. The modular design of the Gateway machines, coupled with the high output performance of a second 3000 QS Inserter.
